Create an email template

Create templates from your best-performing emails so you can track their metrics, use them in automated sequences, and speed up your tasks.

An email template is a preset email you create, usually using variables to personalize it to the recipient. In Outplay, you can use email templates to:

Send automatic emails to your prospects as part of a sequence.

Track your success metrics of certain emails to improve them, including opens, clicks, and replies.

Speed up your email tasks for manual emails you send often to prospects.

In Outplay, you have team templates that are shared between all members of your team, and your own personal templates. Any member of your team can create a personal template, but only admins can create team templates, or edit a template that's been created by another team member.

Templates are created in the Templates screen.

Compose your template like you would a normal email.
You can use variables to insert details from your prospect, your prospect's account, or yourself when sending the email.
