Advanced Sequence Step Settings
The sequence in Outplay now contains Advance Settings.
Click on Advanced Settings and the system will show the below options
- Add Delay between steps
- Schedule at a specific time
- Schedule at a specific date and time
Add Delay | The step will be scheduled as per the selected scheduled day and timeslot for the sequence |
Send at a Specific Time | The step will be scheduled at a specific time on the days mentioned in the selected schedule for the sequence. |
Send at Specific Date & Time | The step will be scheduled at a specific date & and time as per the timezone in the selected schedule for the sequence. |
Whenever you select any Specific time or specific date time, the system will show a field called Send emails until
With this new feature, you will be able to set a time limit for sending emails.
The option will help you to send emails till the selected time range only
Below are the options available for the respective category
For Specific Time | For the next 1 hour, For next 4 hours,Until the end of the day |
For Specific Date Time | For next 2 hours, For next 4 hours, For next 8 hours, Until the end of the day, Until all the emails are sent |
