Why prospects are in a pending state in the sequence
There are certain factors due to which, the prospects are shown in a pending state in sequence. Let's understand the factors
Scenario 1: Sequence is not yet active.
You have added the prospects to the sequence. However, prospects are still in a pending state. In this case, the Outplay will show the message as
Sequence is currently in a disabled state. Please enable the sequence.
Scenario 2: If the daily limit to add prospects to the sequence is exhausted
In this case, Outplay will show the message as
You have reached the daily limit for enrolling prospects in a sequence.
How to Fix: View your daily enrollment limit and adjust accordingly. Refer here to read more about the same.
Scenario 3: If the prospect is added to the sequence on a day that is outside the schedule set in the sequence settings.
In this case, Outplay will show the message as
The prospect has been added outside of the schedule set in sequence settings and will be scheduled for the next available time slot.

Scenario 4: If the prospect is added to the sequence but there are not enough email validation credits to verify their email addresses. Refer to the article Enable email validation for specific sequences on Outplay
In this case, Outplay will show the message as
Email validation suspended due to low credits
