Outplay's Power Dialer can help you make more calls in less time and increase your productivity as a sales rep. In this guide, we'll walk you through the steps to configure your power dialer settings to maximize your calling efficiency.

If you're power dialing through a list of phone numbers, it's possible that some of your calls may go unanswered. In such cases, Outplay allows you to set up an automatic call outcome, so you can quickly move on to the next prospect. Outplay's power dialer can also detect answering machines and allow you to log and complete the current task before moving on to the next prospect.

Here’s how you can configure Power Dialer settings on Outplay:

Log into Outplay. In the Engagement section, navigate to ProfileSettings.

Click Calls on the sidebar menu.

Click the Voice Recording tab.

Select the Call Outcome when a call goes unanswered during power dialing.

You can select the checkbox for the option to automatically log your current task and call the next prospect if the call goes unanswered.

If you have auto-drop voicemail enabled when an answering machine is detected, you can enable the option to automatically log and complete your current task and call the next prospect. Simply select the checkbox for the option.

Click Save.

User settings for Power Dialer are configured successfully.
