Displaying Multiple Emails and Phone Numbers in the Prospects List View

Outplay now supports displaying multiple email addresses and phone numbers directly in the Prospects List View. This update allows users to quickly access and interact with different contact details associated with a prospect, improving efficiency and ease of communication.

View Multiple Emails and Phone Numbers

The Prospects List View now displays all email addresses and phone numbers associated with a prospect.

This allows users to quickly see all available contact options without navigating to the prospect's profile.

Click to Email or Call

Click on an Email Address:

Clicking an email address will open the email editor.

The selected email will be automatically copied into the 'To' section.

Click on a Phone Number:

Clicking a phone number will copy the number into the dialer, making it easier to initiate calls.

Hover to See Contact Type

When hovering over an email or phone number, users can see the type of contact (e.g., Work, Personal, Other).





This helps users identify the most appropriate contact method for outreach.

How It Works



Navigate to the Prospects List View in Outplay.

Locate the Email and Phone Number columns.

Hover over any email or phone number to see its type (Work, Personal, etc.).

Click on an email address to open the email editor and auto-fill the 'To' field.

Click on a phone number to copy it into the dialer for quick calling.

Please note, this change is applicable on Accounts >> Prospects list view and Opportunities >> Prospects list view as well.
