How to delete a task on Outplay

Keep your task list organized and up-to-date



Tasks in Outplay are useful for organizing and prioritizing your sales activities. They help your sales teams keep track of their to-do list and ensure that they are making progress towards their goals. 

However, there may be instances where you no longer need a task or it has become outdated. In such cases, deleting the task can help keep your task list organized and up-to-date. Deleting tasks also helps you stay focused on the tasks that are most important and relevant to your sales activities, and avoid wasting time on tasks that are no longer necessary.

NOTE: Tasks associated with a sequence cannot be deleted. You can skip them instead to remove them from your Due Task List.

Here’s how you can delete a task on Outplay: 

Log into Outplay. Under the Engagement section, click Tasks from the sidebar menu.



Select the checkboxes for the tasks you want to delete.



Click the More Options button and select the Delete option.



A confirmation window pops up. Click Yes to proceed with deletion.



The task is deleted successfully. 

NOTE: You can click the More Options button for individual tasks and choose to delete them.
