When an SDR contacts a prospect for the first time, it's important to track that touchpoint. Outplay makes this easy with the SDR First Touchpoint field. This field is automatically added to a prospect's information and populated with the date of the SDR's first contact.
With this feature, you can easily filter and export data based on the SDR's first touchpoint, making it easier to track the effectiveness of your outreach efforts.
Here's what you need to know about the SDR First Touchpoint field:
It's a default field that's added to all prospects in Outplay.
It's a date type field that's automatically populated when an SDR contacts a prospect for the first time.
It can be any of these types: first one-off email, first call, first SMS, or first sequence email.
You can filter and export data based on the SDR First Touchpoint field.
It's visible in the Prospect's Information Panel and on the Outplay Connect Chrome Extension.
By using the SDR First Touchpoint field, you can easily track the progress of your outreach efforts and ensure that you're following up with prospects at the right time.
