      How can I get my contacts from Crelate to Outplay irrespective of job mapped in Crelate

      • Navigate to Integrations & API
      • Click on Crelate card
      • Click on Contacts <> Prospects mapping
      • Under Inbound synch settings,
      • For this option, Create Prospect in Outplay when Contact does not exist:
        • Always - whenever a new contact gets created in crelate, it will be created in Outplay irrespective of whether that contact is mapped to any job or not. 

      Choose the option Always.
