How can I get my contacts from Crelate to Outplay irrespective of job mapped in Crelate
Navigate to Integrations & API
Click on Crelate card
Click on Contacts <> Prospects mapping
Under Inbound synch settings,
For this option, Create Prospect in Outplay when Contact does not exist:
Always - whenever a new contact gets created in crelate, it will be created in Outplay irrespective of whether that contact is mapped to any job or not.
Choose the option Always.
Click on Crelate card
Click on Contacts <> Prospects mapping
Under Inbound synch settings,
For this option, Create Prospect in Outplay when Contact does not exist:
Always - whenever a new contact gets created in crelate, it will be created in Outplay irrespective of whether that contact is mapped to any job or not.
Choose the option Always.
