How to purchase Scheduler Licenses on Outplay 

Book meetings seamlessly with Meeting Scheduler 

With Meeting Scheduler on Outplay, go beyond fixing sales appointment scheduling problems. You can automate your entire sales process!

You can purchase Scheduler licenses for your team members and enable them to book meetings seamlessly. 

NOTE: To add Scheduler Pro to your subscription plan, click here. 

Here’s how you can purchase Scheduler licenses on Outplay:

• On Outplay, go to Profile → Settings.

• Click Billing from the sidebar menu and navigate to the Subscription section.

• Click Modify Plan on the Engagement panel. 

• On the Upgrade Plan window, navigate to the Scheduler Plans section. 

• In the Scheduler Pro panel, select the plan and add the Scheduler licenses you want to purchase for your subscription plan. 

NOTE: If you’re opting for Scheduler Free, you cannot add more than 2 Scheduler Free Licenses to your subscription plan. 

• Review your Purchase Summary on the same page and click Proceed to Pay. 

• On the Payment page, you can add a new card or select an existing card of your choice. Click Pay. 

When the payment is successful, the Scheduler Pro licenses are added to your subscription plan right away! 

You will receive an email notification for the same as well. You can download your invoice from the Invoices section under Billing on Outplay. 

NOTE: 

You can assign a Scheduler License:

• To a new user while inviting them to Outplay
• To an existing user
