In this article, we will discuss how you can select roll-up lists and sync candidates
Once the integration is connected, Outplay will fetch the rollup lists as and when those are modified or created new.
Sequence Settings
- Navigate to Sequences and open the sequence in which you want to map the roll-up lists.
- Go to the settings tab of the respective sequence.
- Scroll down and under the PCRecruiter section, select the rollup lists to tag the same.
- Once the roll-up lists are selected, the inbound and outbound sections will appear.
Inbound Section
| Add Candidate to sequence when the Rollup stage for the Candidate is | With this option, all the candidates from the selected rollup list will be added to the sequence if their stage in the rollup list matches the selected field in this drop-down. |
| Finish the sequence if the Candidate Rollup stage changes to any of the following | With this option, if a candidate replies outside Outplay or shows no interest, this option finishes the sequence for them. |
Outbound Section
| On the bounce, change the Candidate Rollup Stage to | With this option, Outplay will update the rollup stage of the candidate to the selected option, whenever that candidate is bounced in Outplay |
| On reply, change the Candidate Rollup Stage to | With this option, Outplay will update the stage of the candidate in the rollup list to the selected option, whenever that candidate has replied in Outplay |
| On sequence finished, change the Candidate Rollup Stage to | With this option, Outplay will update the stage of the candidate in the rollup list to the selected option, whenever that candidate's respective sequence steps are finished in Outplay |
| If the prospect is opted out in Outplay, then update the Candidate Rollup Stage to | With this option, Outplay will update the stage of the candidate in the rollup list to the selected option, whenever that candidate has opted out from Outplay |
