How to manage multiple tasks

Manage your tasks with ease



Managing tasks efficiently is key to success in sales. Outplay offers a bulk task management feature to help users streamline their processes. 

With this feature, users can execute, snooze, re-assign, skip, delete, or complete multiple tasks at once, saving time and increasing productivity. This article will guide you through the process of bulk task management on Outplay, so you can take advantage of this powerful tool and manage your tasks with ease.

Here’s how you can execute an action for multiple tasks:

Log into Outplay. Under the Engagement section, click Tasks from the sidebar menu.



Select the checkboxes for the tasks you want to update.



Execute Tasks



Click the Execute Tasks button on the top panel.




The Task Execution Panel slides in from the right along with the Prospect’s Information Panel. You can complete and log the task on the panel and move to the next task.



The tasks are executed successfully.

Snooze Tasks



Click the Snooze Tasks button on the top panel.




The Snooze window pops up. Here, you can select the duration for which you want the tasks to be snoozed.



Click Snooze.

The tasks are snoozed successfully.

Re-assign Tasks



Click the Re-assign Tasks button on the top panel.



The Re-assign Task window pops up. Here, you can select the user to whom you want to re-assign the tasks.



Click Assign.

The tasks are re-assigned successfully.

Skip Tasks



Click the More Options button on the top panel and select the Skip option.



The Skip Task window pops up. Click Yes to proceed with the action.



The tasks are skipped successfully.

Delete Tasks



Click the More Options button on the top panel and select the Delete option.



The Delete window pops up. Click Yes to confirm the deletion.



The tasks are deleted successfully.

Mark as Completed Tasks



Click the More Options button on the top panel and select the Complete option.



The Complete Task window pops up. Click Yes to mark the task as completed.



The tasks are marked as completed successfully.
