Outbound Sync Filters.
Limit your Outbound Sync. Sync data that meets the outbound filter criteria.
Outplay has direct integration with Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho, Microsoft Dynamics, etc. You can not only push all the data you have from your Outplay to CRMs' but also you can push data on certain criteria to match in your Outbound Sync Filter.
Navigate to your respective CRMs by,
- Go to Profile >> Settings >> Integrations and API.
- Open your favorite CRM and Click on any of the Objects (Prospects, Accounts, Opportunities)
- On the Sync page, scroll all the way down to find 'Add Filter' and start adding your criteria.
Based on the above grouping, Outplay will filter the data and sync in the respective CRM.
The filter varies based on the type of field.
Text:
The filters for the Text field are Equals, Not Equal, and Contains.
Number:
The filters for Number are Equals, Not Equal, Greater than, and lesser than.
Picklist, Timezone & Date:
The filters for Picklist, Timezone, and Date are Equals and Not Equal.
