Troubleshooting CSV Import Issues.

In this article, we will discuss how to resolve CSV import issues in Outplay.

1. Extra columns or rows.

While Uploading the CSV file to Outplay, please make sure the CSV file used has no empty rows or columns as this will cause a parsing error and the upload will fail.

2. Character Limit.

Outplay allows each cell in the CSV file to be below 500 characters. If your fields have more than 500 characters the upload shall fail.

3. Special characters.

Outplay doesn't allow special characters to be mapped to Prospect fields. Please remove any special character user for fields such as phone number, email address, etc.
