Download Transcripts for your recordings

Overview



Outplay now allows users to download transcripts for their recorded meetings and calls directly from the Recordings page in the Conversation Intelligence module. This feature provides easy access to meeting and call transcripts for reference, analysis, and sharing.

Steps to Download Transcripts



Navigate to the Recordings Page

Go to the Conversation Intelligence module in Outplay.
Click on the Recordings tab.

Select a Recorded Meeting or Call

Browse through the list of recorded meetings and calls.
Click on the specific recording for which you want to download the transcript.

Download the Transcript

On the recording details page, locate the Download Transcript option.
Click the Download button to start downloading the transcript.

Additional Notes



The transcript will include a detailed text version of the meeting or call conversation.

Users can use the transcript for reviewing discussions, creating meeting summaries, or sharing key points with their team.

The feature is available only for recorded meetings and calls processed with transcription enabled.

This new capability enhances accessibility and documentation, making it easier to manage and review important conversations within Outplay.
