Providing Feedback on Meeting Transcriptions, Summaries, and Action Items
Overview
Outplay now allows users to provide feedback on meeting transcriptions, summaries, and action items using a Like / Dislike button. This feature helps enhance the accuracy and quality of AI-generated content by gathering user feedback.
How It Works
Users can express their satisfaction by:
Liking the transcription, summary, or action items if they find them accurate and useful.
Disliking if they feel the generated content is not up to the mark. While disliking, users can also select a reason from the available options and add remarks for better understanding.
