Enable Bot for scheduled meetings 

Invite Bot for meetings and never miss out on anything ever

Once enabled, Bot joins your sales meetings automatically for recording and equipping you with the right battle cards to close the deal faster. Here’s how you can enable Outplay Bot for upcoming meetings scheduled in your calendar:

• Log into Outplay. Click the Intelligence tab. 
  
  

• The Recordings tab under the Conversations section is displayed by default. Click the Upcoming tab. 

• Here, you can view all the upcoming meetings scheduled on your calendar. You can view details such as Title, Source, Meeting Status, Organizer, Date/ Time, and Bot Status. 

• Navigate to the meeting for which you want to enable Bot. Here, you can enable the toggle under Enable Bot. 

The bot has been enabled for the scheduled meeting successfully.

TIP: You can disable Bot by simply disabling the toggle for a meeting. This can be done to remove or add Outplay Bot during an ongoing meeting as well.
