How to Manage Speakers in a Recorded Conversation

Easily Change and Assign Speech Bars to Speakers

Outplay is an efficient tool that helps you manage recorded conversations with ease. Assigning speech bars to speakers is crucial when identifying speakers during playback. Outplay allows you to change speakers and assign speech bars to specific individuals. 


In this article, we will guide you on how to manage speakers and their speech bars on Outplay.


NOTE: If you have added your voiceprint to Outplay, your voice is automatically recognised and a speech bar is assigned to you. Outplay can also automatically recognise the voice of your colleagues if they have saved their own voiceprint. 

  • Log into Outplay. Click the Intelligence tab

  • By default, the Recordings tab under the Conversations section is displayed. Select the conversation you want to edit.

  • Navigate to the Participants section and click the arrow icon next to the speaker you want to change.

  • In the pop-up box, you can select other participants in the meeting or search for a specific individual, such as a colleague.

The speaker is changed successfully. 


NOTE: If a participant with an audio bar is selected, the speech bars will merge. 


Managing speakers and their speech bars on Outplay allows for easy identification of who is speaking during playback. With this feature, you can efficiently highlight specific speakers or change speakers as required.
