How to Add a Bot to Your External Meeting 

Streamline Your Sales Process with Outplay's Bot 

On Outplay, you can not only enable Outplay’s Bot for meetings in your calendar, but you can also manually add a meeting and add the Bot to that. This will allow you to automate tasks and analyze your meetings with prospects and clients further.

In this guide, we'll walk you through the simple steps to add a bot to your Outplay meeting:

  • Log into Outplay and click the Intelligence tab.

 

  • By default, the Conversations section is displayed. Click on the Upcoming Meetings tab.

 

  • Click the Add Bot to Meeting button.

 

  • In the Add Bot to Meeting window that pops up, enter the Meeting Title, Meeting Link, and select the Attendees who will be joining the meeting.

 

  • Click Save.

Once you've added the bot to your meeting, you'll be able to automate certain tasks, such as sending follow-up emails or recording the meeting. This can save you time and help you focus on what really matters: closing deals. 


NOTE: If the bot is manually enabled for a meeting, Bot Settings will not be applicable.
