How to listen to / download sales call recordings on Outplay
Keep track of conversations with prospects and improve your win rates.
Most businesses consider phone calls as their most valuable source of leads. By recording your conversations with potential customers and clients, you can seize every opportunity there is to make that conversion.
With Outplay, you can listen to and download recordings of sales calls made to prospects through the Outplay Dialer.
NOTES
Outplay can only record calls made through the Outplay Dialer.
Calls will only be recorded when the duration of the call is more than one second.
Listen to a sales call recording
On Outplay, click Prospects from the sidebar menu.
On the Prospects page, select a prospect whose call recordings you want to listen to. The prospect information panel slides in from the right.
Click the Expand icon. The prospect information panel expands to display Prospect Activity and more.
On the top panel, click More. From the drop-down list, select Calls.
The following section will display all the calls made to the prospect through the Outplay Dialer.
Click the blue play icon to listen to the call recording.
An audio control panel pops up and plays the call recording.
You can pause the recording, drag and drop the seek bar to the recording section you want to listen to, adjust the volume, and close the panel as required.
Download a sales call recording
On Outplay, click Prospects from the sidebar menu.
On the Prospects page, select a prospect whose call recordings you want to listen to. The prospect information panel slides in from the right.
Click the Expand icon. The prospect information panel expands to display Prospect Activity and more.
On the top panel, click More. From the drop-down list, select Calls.
The following section will display all the calls made to the prospect through the Outplay Dialer.
Click the Download Recordings button to download the call recording.
The call recording is downloaded to your system.
TIP: You can Play and Download prospect call recordings directly from the Calls and SMS section.
