Call Recording and Listening
Outplay allows you to record all your calls automatically.
You can also restrict call recording to specific countries automatically so that you don't accidentally record the calls where you're not legally allowed by entering those area/country codes in the restrict call recording section.

With Outplay, you can listen to and download recordings of sales calls made to prospects through the Outplay Dialer.

What Is Local Dialer within Outplay ?
Local Dial enables SDRs to automatically dial prospects using local area codes.
It can lift call connection rates by up to 400%, because prospects tend to be far more likely to answer unknown calls from local numbers, rather than toll-free or long distance phone numbers.

You can view all the calls that have been made for a sequence and download the recordings.
You can see all the calls you've made from a sequence in the sequence Calls screen.
You can filter the list to calls that were answered or not answered by clicking the response at the top of the screen, or to a particular step's calls by clicking that step on the right.

How does Call waiting work in Outplay ?
Call Waiting will show a notification to the SDR when there is an incoming call while the SDR is already on another call. This will help to choose whether to continue with the current call or pick the incoming call.
This allows the SDR to never miss an incoming call while doing his/her outbound calling.

View your call log to see past calls and download call recordings.
You can see past calls you've made and logged, and download call recordings in the Calls screen.
To open the Calls screen, click More options, then click the Calls icon.
Download a call recording
Calls are only recorded if:
They are made through the Outplay dialer.

SMS gets failed in sequence
If your SMS gets failed while sending to prospects in a sequence but you still want them to continue other steps in the sequence, it is possible to do that by going to Sequence -Settings>open ruleset and enabling the toggle button to skip SMS if its failed.
