Local Dialer
What Is Local Dialer within Outplay ?
Local Dial enables SDRs to automatically dial prospects using local area codes.
It can lift call connection rates by up to 400%, because prospects tend to be far more likely to answer unknown calls from local numbers, rather than toll-free or long distance phone numbers.
If in the pool of numbers I have a number that matches or is nearby to the Prospect's area code then that number will be automatically assigned to me when I am calling that Prospect so that to the prospect it shows that call is coming from the same or nearby area of his/her.
The Admin has the option to enable/disable for the whole account as well as for each SDR.
As an example, I am an SDR and the number assigned to me is with an area code 212 (New York) and now there is a prospect whom I am calling and his number is 408 area code (California).
Now in my pool of numbers if I have a 408 area code number or any other area code number of California state then that number will be automatically assigned to me when I am calling that Prospect.
When a prospect calls back on the same number, the inbound call will be diverted to the same SDR who called that prospect.
NOTE: By pool of numbers it means the unassigned numbers that has been purchased but not assigned to any team member will be used for Local Dial.
