How to manage battle cards on Outplay

Edit, Delete, Search and Filter Battle Cards on Outplay

On Outplay, you can create battle cards to help your sales team to tackle objections in real-time and close deals faster. But, that’s not all! We'll walk you through how to edit your battle cards so you can update them with the latest information, and even delete them, if required. You can also search for battle cards to quickly find the one you need and filter them by specific criteria, so you can organize them based on your sales team's needs. 

• Log into Outplay. Click the Intelligence tab. 

• Click Battle Cards from the sidebar menu. You can find your battle cards under their respective columns like Pricing, Competitor, Features, Positioning, Strengths, and Weaknesses. 

• You can use the Search bar or the Filter button to find battle cards efficiently. 

• Navigate to a battle card of your choice and click the More Options button for the same. Here, you can select the Edit or Delete option as per your requirement. 

• If you select the Edit option, you can:
  • Modify Title, Category, Talking Points, Trigger Keywords, and Assign To fields in the pop-up. 
  • Click Update Card. 

• If you select the Delete option, you can:
  • Click Delete on the pop-up. 

The battle card is edited/ deleted successfully.
