Call a prospect

You can call a prospect with the click of a button.

Outplay provides a dialer in your browser, so you can make your phone calls easily with just a click of a button. All your calls are automatically recorded, unless the call is to a restricted area zone.

To make a call, you need to have dialer credit and an assigned phone number. Your team admin can help you set those up.

If you're calling a prospect from a task you've been assigned, the dialer is automatically populated with the number when you open the task. All you need to do is click Call.





You can also call any number you need by clicking the dialer button at the top of the screen and typing in the number you want to call.
