For New Outplay Users: 

  • What are lead credits?

Lead Credits are tokens that can be used to reveal details, such as contact information, about a specific lead who qualifies as your ideal customer profile. 

  • Will My Unused Credits Roll Over To The Next Month/Year?

As a paid subscription plan user, your unused lead credits will roll over to the next month.  

  • Can I purchase lead credits again during the subscription period?

Of course! You can pay as you go! You can always purchase lead credits on Outplay when you’re low on them. Read more here.

  • Are Lead Credits Deducted Separately Per User?

Yes, for every contact or company that is revealed by a user, a lead credit is charged. However, you will not be charged for viewing a contact that was already revealed by another user in your account. 

  • Am I Charged With A Credit Every Time I Look At A Profile Page?

No. A lead credit is only deducted when you reveal the details of a certain contact/ company. Your confirmation is requested before fetching details of a contact/ company and deducting a lead credit. 

  • What are add-ons?

Add-ons are services/ features that you can add to your subscription plan. For example, you can choose to add Scheduler as a service to your subscription plan if you require it. On Outplay, you can choose to add on services/ features such as Multiple Mailboxes, Scheduler, Dialer Credits and Lead Credits to your subscription plan.

  • How can I upgrade/ change my plan after signing up?

You can always upgrade/ change your subscription plan in the Billing section on Outplay. 

  • What if I need more users?

You can always purchase additional licenses and invite your team members to Outplay. Moreover, you can purchase licenses at any point as we follow a pro rata model; you are only required to pay from the day you purchase the license. 

  • Can I cancel my plan anytime?

Yes, you can cancel your Outplay subscription plan anytime. You will still have access to your paid subscription plan until the end of the month. 

  • Is it possible to have multiple emails under one account?

Yes, as an Outplay Admin, you can purchase multiple mailbox add-ons and your team members can connect their mailbox from the mailbox pool. For example, you have 3 team members. You have purchased 10 mailboxes while upgrading your plan. These 6 mailboxes will be accessible on the account level and can be accessed by your team members. 

  • How do I get in touch with Sales or Support?

  • How can I update my card details?

You can update your card details in the Billing section on Outplay. 

  • How can I download the invoices?

You can download your invoices from the Billing section on Outplay. You can also view your payment history and download invoices for all transactions on Outplay. 

  • How secure is my payment?

All your payments are securely processed over HTTPS and your card information is never stored by us. All payment processing is done by Stripe, a certified PCI Service Provider Level 1 - the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry. 

  • How am I charged?

On Outplay, you can pay as you go! You can choose to subscribe to a monthly or yearly plan. 

  • How am I charged if I change my subscription in the middle of my billing cycle?

If you choose to upgrade your subscription plan, you are only charged as per the new plan for the remaining days of your billing cycle. 

  • Will I be able to view the history of my lead credit usage?

Yes, as an Outplay Admin, you will be able to view the complete history of your lead credit usage. You will be able to view your unused lead credits as well. 

  • How many mailboxes and email aliases can I connect?

This depends on your subscription plan. Here’s how it goes: 

    • For the Free Plan, you can connect one mailbox. However, an email alias cannot be connected under this plan.
    • For the Starter  Plan, you can connect one mailbox and one email alias.
    • For the Growth Plan, you can connect up to two mailboxes and two email aliases.
  • Can I remove additional mailboxes from my subscription plan?

Yes, you can remove additional mailbox add-ons from your subscription plan. You can simply disconnect a mailbox from your account and reduce it from your subscription plan. The changes to your subscription plan will take effect from the next billing cycle. 

  • Can I purchase Scheduler as a standalone service? 

Yes, you can. You can purchase Scheduler individually or as an add-on to your subscription plan. 

 

For Trial Users: 

  • What happens when my trial expires?

When your trial period of 14 days expires, you can choose to upgrade to a paid subscription plan. If you do not wish to do so, you can still access Outplay through the Free Plan.  

  • How is a trial period different from a free plan?

During the trial period of 14 days, you can try and test all Outplay features as much as you like. Post the trial period, you can access Outplay through the Free Plan if you do not wish to opt for a paid subscription plan. However, on the Free Plan, there are limitations. 

  • Will I be charged automatically after the free trial ends?

No, you are not required to add payment details to try out Outplay. You can choose to upgrade to a paid subscription plan at your own discretion. 

  • Can I test all the features during the free trial?

Yes, during the trial period of 14 days, you can test out all available features on Outplay. Go for it! 

  • When moving from a trial plan to a paid plan, will I be charged for the team members I had invited in my subscription plan? 

While upgrading from a trial period to a paid plan, Outplay counts the number of team members you had added during your trial period. If you do not wish to subscribe for a team member, you can simply remove the user from your account, and then proceed with the plan upgrade.   

  • How can I upgrade to a new Outplay plan?

You can upgrade to a new Outplay plan in the Billing section of Outplay. 

  • As an existing free trial user, how am I affected by the new plans and pricing?

As a free trial user, you can try out our new features and experience the new Outplay firsthand. After the 14-day trial period, you can choose to upgrade to a paid subscription plan. If not, you can use Outplay on the Free Plan. 

  • How many emails can I send during my trial period? 

You can send up to 400 emails during your trial period. Emails that fail or bounce are not counted. 

  • Will I get any lead credits to try out Lead Sourcing on Outplay? 

Yes, you will get 5 lead credits to use. These credits will be accessible on an account level. So, any team member you invite may also use the same. You can purchase more lead credits if you require them.

  • How many mailboxes can I connect during the trial period? 

You can connect up to 2 mailboxes to Outplay. 

  • Can I invite other team members to Outplay? If yes, how many? And how many days would they have in the trial period?

Yes, you can! You can invite as many team members as you like to Outplay. Every team member you invite will have the same number of days as you to experiment with Outplay. 

  • Can I try out Meeting Scheduler during my trial period?

Yes, you can try out Meeting Scheduler and all its features during the trial period. 

 

For Free Plan Users:

  • How many sequences can I create on the free plan? 

On the Free Plan, you can have up to 2 sequences at a time on Outplay. 

  • How many active sequences can I have on the free plan?

On the Free Plan, you can have up to 2 active sequences at a time on Outplay. 

  • How many mailboxes can I connect with Outplay as a free plan user?

As a Free Plan user, you can connect one mailbox to Outplay. 

  • Can I add an email alias as a free plan user?

Unfortunately, no. Free Plan users can only use their connected mailbox address. 

  • Is the Free Plan free forever?

Yes, the Free Plan is free forever. You can use it as long as it meets your requirements. 

For Paid Plan Users:

  • As an paid plan user, how am I affected by the new plans and pricing?

As an paid plan user, you can continue using all the features that were already accessible to you. However, if you want to use new features such as Scheduler, you can choose to add the service/ feature to your current plan.

  • What will happen to my remaining dialer credits?

Your dialer credits will remain unaffected on Outplay. You can also request for a refund, if necessary. 

  • What will happen to my credit cards saved on Outplay?

Your credit cards saved on Outplay will remain unaffected. You can choose to update your card details from the Billing section on Outplay. 

  • How can I upgrade/ cancel my subscription plan?

You can always upgrade/ change your subscription plan in the Billing section on Outplay. 

  • As an Appsumo user, how am I affected by the new plans and pricing? 

As an Appsumo user, you can continue using all the features that were already accessible to you. However, if you want to use new features such as Scheduler, you can upgrade to an Outplay monthly/ yearly subscription plan.

NOTE: You will not have access to your Appsumo Lifetime Deal after upgrading an Outplay plan.

  • As an existing customer, how can I add additional user licenses?

You can add additional users on Outplay anytime. Navigate to ProfileSettings BillingModify PlanUsers. Here, you can add the number of users you require and proceed with the payment for the same. 

On Outplay, you are charged on a pro-rata basis. Hence, users are added instantly. 

 

  • As a paid plan user, how can I add additional mailboxes?

You can add additional mailboxes on Outplay anytime. Simply go to the Billing section on Outplay and add the number of mailboxes you require to your subscription plan. 

On Outplay, you are charged on a pro-rata basis. Hence, you can choose to add mailboxes as per your requirement. 

  • How can I remove user licenses from my subscription plan?

To remove a user license, you have to first remove the associated Outplay account to that license. Then, you can proceed to the Billing section on Outplay where you can make the change to your subscription plan. 

Here’s how you can remove a user associated to a license: 

    • On Outplay, go to ProfileSettings.
    • Select Users & Teams from the sidebar menu. 
    • Under the Users section, navigate to the user you want to remove, click the More Options icon, and select Delete

 

Next, you can reduce the user license from your subscription plan:

    • On Outplay, go to ProfileSettings.
    • Select Billing from the sidebar menu. 
    • In the Engagement section, click Modify Plan

    • In the Users section, you can modify the number of users you want for your subscription, and click Save Subscription

The change will be in effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

 

  • How can I remove a mailbox from my subscription plan?

To remove a mailbox, you have to disconnect the mailbox first. Then, you can proceed to the Billing section on Outplay where you can make the change to your subscription plan. 

The change will be in effect at the end of your billing cycle.

  • When is my subscription renewal date?

Your subscription renewal date can be found under the Subscription tab in the Billing section on Outplay. 


  • What’s the difference between the new plans?

Here’s a quick comparison between our new plans.

  • Can I access new features like Lead Sourcing and Scheduler?

You can continue using Outplay features that were previously accessible to you. However, for new features such as Lead Sourcing and Scheduler, you can purchase them as add-ons to your existing subscription plan. 

  • As a custom plan user, can I purchase the scheduler plan?

Yes, you can purchase the Scheduler plan as an add-on to your existing plan. 

  • As a custom plan user, can I purchase add-ons such as Lead Credits and Mailboxes? 

Yes, you can purchase add-ons such as Lead Credits and Mailboxes anytime from the Billing section on Outplay.
