View upcoming meetings scheduled on Outplay

Find all your meetings in one place

As a salesperson, it's crucial to keep track of your upcoming meetings to ensure you never miss a conversation with a potential customer. With Outplay, you can easily view all your upcoming meetings in one place and stay organized. By connecting your calendar to Outplay, you can ensure that all your meetings are automatically synced, and you can view them in the Upcoming Meetings section. 



In this article, we’ll show you how to view your upcoming meetings scheduled in your calendar on Outplay.

Log into Outplay. Click the Intelligence tab.



The Recordings tab under the Conversations section is displayed by default. Click the Upcoming tab.



Here, you can view all the upcoming meetings scheduled on your calendar. You can view details such as Title, Source, Meeting Status, Organizer, Date/ Time, and Bot Status.



You can sort meetings by Title and Date/ Time in ascending or descending order.



You can use the Search bar or the Filter button to quickly find meetings of your choice.



TIP: You can add the Bot to your upcoming meetings by enabling the toggle for the same.
