Everything you need to know as an Admin on Outplay

As an Admin on Outplay, these are the most essential steps you need to perform and complete to get started. By doing so, you can enable your teams and users to enhance their sales process and book more meetings with prospects seamlessly. 

Step 1: Connect your Mailbox



The first step to getting started with Outplay is by connecting your mailbox. 

By doing so, you can send and receive prospect emails directly on Outplay. Moreover, you can send emails via sequences as part of your outreach strategy and experience a heap of other unique features.

Step 2: Connect your CRM to Outplay



Connecting your CRM to Outplay is one of the easiest ways to add prospects and get started. Now, you can avoid shuffling between platforms by syncing Outplay with your CRM for outbound and inbound; ensuring that all prospect activities and engagements are recorded in one place - Outplay.

Step 3: Invite your team members to Outplay



You can add team members to Outplay by sending an email invite to their email addresses. When a team member signs up, they are automatically added to the same subscription as yours.

Step 4: Set up your Custom Domain



On Outplay, you can track email clicks and website visits easily. This gives you foresight into what your prospect is truly looking for. 

However, when you track email link clicks, a tracking domain which is different from your sender domain (your email) is used. When your tracking domain and sender domain do not match, it’s likely that your emails may be reported as spam.

Step 5: Enable the Outplay Dialer



You can directly call your prospect through the dynamic Outplay Dialer.

But first, you have to add dialer credits and configure your Outplay Dialer settings



Step 6: Configure Chat and Website Tracking



When a cold prospect visits your website, a regular chat widget asks a few qualifying questions to funnel them into the sales pipeline. 

But what happens when a warm prospect, to whom you’ve already been talking, lands on your website through your email? Repeat the same, cold, qualifying questions all over again? Not with Outplay around!

With Outplay, your warm prospects will see the Outplay chat widget inviting them to chat with you, live. 

You can continue the conversation you've been having seamlessly, so your prospect really feels like they're dealing with a person, and not an automated bot.

Step 7: Configure your Org Settings
